Alcohol/Tobacco Classes

Green Light Ministries

Green Light Ministries provides classes for Alcohol Awareness, and Tobacco Cessation. If your student has been ticketed for underage drinking or tobacco use, then the court ordered classes may be taken at the Azle Community Center to satisfy the tickets. Below, are forms to complete to register for the classes.
The Alcohol Class is completed after 6 hours of class time on the second Monday and Wednesday of each month. The Tobacco Class is completed after 8 hours of class time on the second and third Tuesday and Thursday of each month. Upon completion, each participant is given a certificate of completion to present to the court clerk.

Please complete the following to pre register for the classes. All classes must be paid in full with cash or money order to attend the class. Please state in the Comments section whether you are registering for the Alcohol or the Tobacco class. The cost of the Alcohol class is $50.00 and the cost of the Tobacco Class is $70.00.
